BIM for Planning, Schedule & Sequencing
Under this service we link our data rich 3D models with construction schedules or timelines in Navisworks and Synchro. 4D helps in better project tracking, communication and raising a red flag when there is a delay in the process. It is an effective tool for project teams to conduct a visual review and stay ahead of the game by anticipating challenges early on.
BIM for Cost Estimation & Quantity Take Off
BIM for Cost includes accurate quantity take off and the price associated with the estimate from 3D models or drawings. We use Revit, On-Screen Take Off and other such software to perform these tasks. We can also help the clients build a ROM calculator to make the process of their estimation quick, easy & automated.
BIM Coordination: Clash Detection
Clash Detection is performed between different trades and clashes are organised systemically so that the project team reviews their respective problem areas and resolves constructability issues before the BIM coordination ends. Generating reports, sending notification to the teams and follow up emails are all automated in this process.

BIM for 3D Visualization/ Rendering
3D visualization is the most effective way to explain to the teams (design & site) and client about the design and construction planning. We provide services for rendering of 2D images, 3D walk through, VR & AR. These are done with the help of 2D CAD/PDF drawings, construction schedules, sequencing, and other virtual reality software. Software used: CAD, Revit, Lumion, 3DSmax, synchro, etc.
